Backups
A backup of all hosting accounts and email is performed every hour. We store 72 hourly backups, 7 daily backups and 3 weekly backups. Any of these backups can be retrieved upon request.
31 complete database backups are taken every night along with 7 days of real time binary logs. This allows point-in-time database recovery to be performed in the event of database failure or accidental modification of information.
All backups are stored on secondary storage devices that are separate to the primary storage devices.
