How the program works
Being a partner is simple, here's a snapshot of how it works...
- You register as a Partner and login to your Partner account. Registering is easy, either complete the online form or call us on (03) 9095 7600.
- You order a new hosting account or domain name for one of your clients. Ordering can be done through your partner account or over the phone, whichever suits you.
- We set up the hosting, or register the domain name, and notify you as soon as it's done. Orders are completed quickly and with care.
- We manage the billing, you receive a monthly commission. Your client receives an invoice and can pay by credit card, direct deposit or cheque. Your commissions are calculated monthy and paid into your nominated account.
- We provide you with support and take care of your client's support needs also. Good support and communication are vital, so when you or your client asks a question, we do our best to respond quickly and appropriately.
